I was eager to visit Jalan Tegal Wangi and Four Points By Sheraton Bali, Ungasan offered a free shuttle service to Dreamland Beach, which was a pleasant surprise. the rooftop restaurant and bar provided breathtaking views over Bali, making for a delightful end to a busy day exploring Ungasan.

Renovations were still underway at the hotel, evident by the missing tiles in the pool area. The nearby ground-floor pool was also unusable due to construction work, resulting in an influx of young children in the infinity pool, which disrupted the ambiance.

We had an amazing stay at Four Points By Sheraton! Warm welcome by Putra at the Front Desk, set the tone for an excellent stay. Clean, spacious room with excellent room service. Impeccable service by a friendly waiter at breakfast. Loved the breakfast selection and pool area. The staff at breakfast, especially Bodi, were lovely and made us feel welcome. Great pool access rooms with a stunning view. Enjoyed the Christmas dinner with live music.

Would recommend this hotel.

Location close enough to a hill and the waterfall and Bali island and GWK park. Fabulous room, very comfy beds and clean bathroom.

our stay at Four Points was absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was big and comfortable. We loved the central location and the amenities the hotel had to offer, like the beautiful waterfall in the reception area and the two swimming pools. It was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

The staff here were incredibly accommodating and made my stay perfect. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The modern design added a luxurious touch to my experience. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a TV with great programming and a reliable WiFi connection. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and I truly appreciated the attentive service from the staff. They even remembered my daughter's name when offering us a welcome drink. The location of this hotel is also fantastic, with convenient stores, malls, and beautiful beaches nearby.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate retreat because it provides excellent conference facilities and easy access to beautiful beaches in Jimbaran. The meeting rooms and equipment were top-notch, and the hotel staff were professional and accommodating.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a designated area with computers and printers for guests to use for work-related tasks.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at indoor restaurant for breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. Location: the hotel was just off free shuttle to Roosterfish Beach club, Nusa Dua, and a hill good view. Bakso Idola, where you can eat good food, was set 10 minutes walk away.

The area was not that good.

The hotel is conveniently located near a delicious restaurant and a stunning beach. We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, as well as the attentive and friendly staff who made our stay memorable. The buffet breakfast had an array of options and the view of the bay from our room was breathtaking. We also appreciated the easy parking and the calming waterfall in the lobby.

The shower handle fell off and required maintenance. But the staff quickly resolved the issue and we had a pleasant stay overall.

During our recent romantic escape, we loved the spacious and comfortable room. The bed was huge and perfect for snuggling with my partner. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to popular tourist attractions, and we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from our window. The highlight of our stay was the delicious food offered at the hotel restaurant, which had an impressive variety of dishes to choose from.

We were disappointed by the noise levels in our room, which made it hard to relax and unwind. We could hear noises from outside, and even the sound of furniture being moved.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. In addition, the location on a hill provided us with a breathtaking view of the next beach and the area. The breakfast served every morning was simply delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel had a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for ending my stay in Bali. I absolutely loved the pool access rooms and the long infinity pool with its superb view. The hotel's decoration and general areas were tastefully done, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. As a senior person, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, making it convenient for me to navigate through the property.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is improved communication and professionalism from the staff. Some of the children working there seemed inexperienced and lacked proper training, leading to miscommunications and misunderstandings.

The breakfast had a good selection and great value. The main pool area was nice and there was a lovely view from the restaurant. Its location was convenient for reaching different areas nearby.

The property was not well maintained. The rooms were very moist and the floors were often slippery.
